I don’t eat it very often for health reasons, but when I do, it’s a real treat. Treats like these make me feel grateful, as I am thankful for the ability to afford and enjoy them when the opportunity arises.

I try to bless my meals and thank God for all that He provides, even something as seemingly insignificant as an ice cream treat. It reminds me of how fortunate I am. Recently, I’ve seen footage online of empty grocery store shelves, and it has made me even more thankful that I’m not in that position. The simple act of enjoying a treat like ice cream brings a profound sense of gratitude for the abundance God has provided me with.

I thank God every day for sustenance, for the meals I have, and for my overall survival. In a world where so many are struggling, I recognize how blessed I am to have what I need. It serves as a reminder to never take the small things for granted.
