...Honestly, it's the same as the previous post: I simply do not know.

I find many names—both for boys and girls—beautiful in their own way. I suppose if I’m ever blessed with a son, I’ll take time to think deeply and prayerfully about what name to give him. For now, I don’t have a definitive answer.

But I will say this: names carry weight. They have meaning. Sometimes, a name seems to follow a person through life—like a whisper of their purpose, or a reflection of their personality. In Scripture, names often held great significance. They told a story—of identity, of calling, or of the moment in which someone came into the world.

Think of Samuel, whose name means “God has heard” (1 Samuel 1:20), given after Hannah’s heartfelt prayer was answered. Or Isaac, meaning “he will laugh,” because Sarah laughed at the idea of bearing a child in her old age—yet God’s promise still came to pass (Genesis 21:6). And of course, JesusYeshua—whose very name means “The Lord saves” (Matthew 1:21). These weren’t just labels. They were declarations of truth.

So if you’re naming a child, I encourage you to be thoughtful. A name is more than something we answer to. Sometimes, it’s prophetic. It has the power to shape a person’s identity, direction, and how they see themselves in the story God is writing.

“A good name is more desirable than great riches; to be esteemed is better than silver or gold.”
— Proverbs 22:1

“Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations.”
— Jeremiah 1:5

I pray many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many blessings over you!
