...the core of their character. Their Soul/Spirit (in God).

This one is a bit tricky to describe because no one ever truly understands another person. Only God knows the depths of a person’s heart and thoughts. As the Bible says:

“But the Lord said to Samuel, ‘Do not look on his appearance or on the height of his stature, because I have rejected him. For the Lord sees not as man sees: man looks on the outward appearance, but the Lord looks on the heart’” -1 Samuel 16:7

Not even satan knows that. He can only plant seeds, but it’s God who knows our true selves.

From my life experiences, I’ve learned to accept people for who they are, even if the interaction isn’t a positive one. And that’s okay because one’s behavior is between them and God.

“For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost” -Luke 19:10

The only thing in my control is my own choices, reactions, and responses. The more I mature, the better I become at harnessing my own moves throughout life. The Lord has shown me that it’s important to love and care for others, regardless of their circumstances:

“Love your neighbor as yourself” -Matthew 22:39

I just want to love, care, and be kind to others who will accept what I have to offer. And for those who shun me, I will honor their choice and never bother them again. In Matthew 10:14, it says:

“And if anyone will not receive you or listen to your words, shake off the dust from your feet when you leave that house or town.”

This is something I strive to live by — to move forward without bitterness.

To the ones that invite me into their lives and share their journeys with me, I consider it a true honor. Most people that I have gotten to know on a personal basis are children of God. We spend hours talking about Him because we just love Him that much.

“For where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I among them” -Matthew 18:20

Even when I was a child, I learned so much about God and the traditions I still hold today because of elder children of God (my Grandmother being a major factor).

But, whether a person believes in God or not, I pray always that everyone has the opportunity to “wake up” and be saved. It’s a free gift that means everything if you’re spiritually aware. As the Bible tells us:

“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life” -John 3:16

This is the greatest gift one could ever receive. I’ve known a lot of people who have passed away. Some are family, some friends, co-workers, customers, acquaintances. They are on a spectrum of lifestyles and beliefs, some dying very, very young. Their souls were beautiful, no matter where their stood spiritually. God taught me how to look at others the way He sees them. It’s a lovely view each time. But I always hope that they found God before that time.

“For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord” -Romans 6:23

I don’t want anyone to be eternally separated. I hope to see all of those I’ve loved in the kingdom of heaven.

“And he will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning nor crying nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away” -Revelation 21:4

I made a video today about the Bible verse, Matthew 16:26:

“For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world and forfeits his soul? Or what shall a man give in return for his soul?” –Matthew 16:26

I pray many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many blessings over you!
