...my scooter.

After a bizarre accident left me injured and completely immobilized, I found myself in one of the most difficult seasons of my life. Surgery followed, and for months, I couldn’t walk. I couldn’t go anywhere. I had no one around to help me.

But God made a way.

I was blessed to have just enough funds at the time to purchase a scooter from Amazon. It may sound small to some, but for me, it was everything. It gave me back my freedom. It allowed me to run everyday errands, to move, and to feel capable again—even if it was just a little bit at a time.

Over the months, as I slowly healed, I weaned off of it. These days, I mainly use it for quick trips around the city to save on train fare. I walk a lot more now—but that scooter still holds a very special place in my heart.

It’s a symbol of God’s provision in my life.

“And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus.” —Philippians 4:19

“The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” —Psalm 34:18

“Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” —Isaiah 41:10

When I look back, I realize that what seemed like a small, practical purchase was actually a lifeline from heaven. A scooter may not seem supernatural, but the timing, the strength to move forward, and the quiet comfort I received from God each day—that was supernatural.

He saw me. He provided.
And He still does.

I pray many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many blessings over you!
